Plan your meeting with the rental company, from your flight arrival to collecting the keys.
Before you travel: confirm the meeting
Select airport pickup and check that the company offers delivery there. Ask for the exact meeting point, contact name and phone number. Do not assume every rental company has a desk inside the terminal.
Flight number and pickup time
Share your flight number directly with the company. Allow time for document checks and baggage collection. Pickup and return times on the platform use local time in Kosovo.
If your flight is delayed
Contact the company as soon as you know about a delay. Ask how long the representative can wait and whether an out-of-hours fee applies. Flight monitoring and waiting are only included if confirmed.
After leaving the terminal
Follow the company’s confirmed instructions for a terminal meeting, car park collection or transfer to its office. If you cannot find the representative, contact them before leaving the meeting point.
Vehicle handover and extras
Bring the documents and payment method accepted by the company. Check the vehicle, fuel level and requested equipment, such as a child seat. Confirm availability and prices for extras before arrival.
Returning at the airport
Confirm the car park or return point, who will receive the vehicle and the out-of-hours procedure. Allow time for refuelling, the vehicle inspection and reaching the terminal before your flight.
